Medium — 45-55 cm
Large — 55 - 65cm

We take great care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Same-day delivery may be available for select locations, while scheduled delivery allows you to choose the perfect date for your gift. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking updates so you can follow its journey. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.

Temperature: Fresh flowers last longer when kept in a cool environment. The ideal temperature range is 15°C–21°C (59°F–70°F). Avoid placing your bouquet near radiators, fireplaces, direct sunlight, air conditioning units, or cold
drafts, as extreme temperatures can reduce the lifespan of your blooms.

Preparing Your Flowers: Carefully remove all packaging and any foliage that may sit below the waterline. Using sharp scissors or floral shears, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in fresh water. This helps the flowers absorb water more efficiently and stay fresh for longer.

Placement: Display your flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit. Fruit releases ethylene gas, which can cause flowers to age more quickly.

Ongoing Care: To keep your flowers looking their best, refresh the water every 2–3 days and trim the stems slightly each time. Remove any wilted blooms or foliage as they appear to help the remaining flowers stay beautiful for longer.

Seasonal Availability: As we work with fresh seasonal flowers, some varieties may occasionally be unavailable. If a particular flower variety is not in season, we will carefully replace it with a flower of a similar shape, colour, and value while maintaining the overall style and beauty of the arrangement.
